See my drawings below for a "visual."
I am doing some renovations which will change the depth, contour, and width of one side of the pond. My initial thought was that I would have enough liner since I never cut off the excess. Plus, where I'm making the pond deeper [by a foot to 18," maybe a little more...] and removing a slope, I'm also making it narrower [by a couple of feet] -- the 2 factors may or may not cancel themselves out, however.
IF it turns out that I'm a little short, it will come out to be on the very edge, where the berm will be. So wondering what kind of success rate I can expect for adding a couple of feet to the liner width by seaming. And also, would I lap new over old, or old over new????
Or would it even be necessary?
