sorry one of these pics suck. these are fish in a mall. the bad pic are the fish by the waterfall sucking the surface or the water right at the falls. the fish are pretty sluggish and most are pretty fat.

you can't stop idiots from doing it. Plus people I am sure feed them.

i dont know if you have a thing such as the RSPCA in the US but if it were me i would contact someone and get them moved out of there

Interesting, the photos disappeared unitil I quoted the post. Now they are back.
