Today I was doing work on my pond and found this plant growing on the North side of my upper pond in a bog area. Got a few of my water gardening books and think it's either a Juncus, Dwarf Cattail, or a Reed. Looks pretty but I'd rather know what it is.

Note, It's the grass-like plant.

Cool. That further raises my curiosity as to where it came from. There are no juncus plants that I know of within 50 miles. And I know I didn't put it there. Geuss that will remain a mystery. Oh well.

You'll be able to figure it out maybe when it gets bigger and grows maybe a tail if it's a cat and so on, process of elimination. Maybe by the seeds it makes or ?
