I have a tetra pressure filter 4000uv with tetra pump I wont to use rib hose 1 1/2 metric that wont burst wear can I get it ? tetra hose bad reports THANKS LARRY

Yes there have been bad reports about ribbed hose , a friend of mines pond all but emptied when his burt leaving the fish in less than 2" of water but its basically you pay for what you get .
Spend a little extra for a decent one and it wont be a problem.
My suggestion if you dont trust them is use green plastic filter hose like you see in aquariums they do all sorts of sizes from small to large I have large on my FX5 fluvel external filter which I replaced the ribbed hose with .

A to z pond has metric non kink hose thick wall tetra fittings are metric I need 1 1/2 a lot of the filters are metric
