Are they a good idea to have in the pond with the Koi???

When they get hungry would they take bite at the Koi???

My sister in law's husband has to turtles that are out growing the aquarium.
And my wife asked if we could put them in pond when it's done?

Some turtles will eat the small koi and take bites out of larger ones. I would either research what you have or avoid doing this.

Yeah i appreciate your comments. Turtles eat meat. You know? So separate your turtles from koi. Other wise they hurts.

I have an I idea on how to keep them separated.

But I do have a friend that have sliders that are in the same pond as large Koi and they live in harmony. Can I still achieve that???
