That's sometimes the case sissy............too bad but happens. Plus the squeaky wheel gets noticed also if you don't have inside influence. You just have to complain to the death!

Awe, poor puppies, hopefully everything works out! I'll just win the lottery and rescue all the poor puppies, then we will all live happily ever after, where the sun always shines, the grass is always green, and the pond is always clear.
