i've been maintaining a watercourse with a shallow pond at the end where i put some fish i rescued.2 months ago.
the pond is 12-14 inches deep in part of it and maybe 6 x 12 feet. i'm a newbie. built most of it this year.
the pond was for ducks last year. it's been nice. felt good having the moving water and liked giving the fish some more freedom.
just dug a new pond 6 feet deep by 8 feet by 16 feet next to the old pond.
it's now the "end" of the course.
i suppose there is not much need trying to describe the feeling that ya'll know so well.
it just feels like it has a greater depth...
very cool
