Wind has been howling, Got up to 35 mph. New pup was barking at all the noise outside.

Right now 36F

Going to pull the pond pump today, the cold dry air, the huge amount of moving water surface I have, I am losing a lot of water every day.

13" of snow all at in one day?
Today's high is 45, but we're expecting temps in the upper 60s this coming weekend

13 inches accumulated after a couple of days of snow, that was last week, like 4 inches the first day, than another 8 the next day then just like 1 the third day, not all in one day, but there was 13 inches on the ground at once! ( that was starting a couple of sundays ago)

You finished the pond just in time, it looks awesome! What do you have in there?
Yup! I did just finish it in time!

I have two growth stunted koi, that have only grown and inch while being 2 years old, I bought them uneducated at first, and put them in a 160 gallon stock tank pond. and only now they have a good home, so since they are now two years with me and only 6 inches I am not sure if they will grow much more,

and then I also have two 8 inch goldfish, I bought them just recently at the end of the pond season sale at my lps,

I plan to get maybe half a dozen more small goldfish in the spring, just enough so they can breed and give me a ncie population :)

Several factors determine a fish growth (water quality, DNA, food etc), it may or may not be that the pond was too small, I've seen larger koi in smaller than 160gl aquariums.
Years ago we bought 5 koi all from the same batch, 4 of them grew over 2', and one of them is still the size of a large shubunkin

I think your fish are still young and with proper care could surprise you...unless of course it's due to DNA
