What is your weather like ... today

Not so bad here today, but still cold.

Lol the basement is 45 or so, finished basement. My bdrm was 46 this am, no heat in there.
The propane stove only heats the living room, and the sun if out, warms it right up.

I used to let it drop to 61, too cold for the kids. So now 68 is as low as I let it drop.

Cold and sunny everyday now!

I keep our house at 65 during the day and 58 over night. Last months propane bill was over $400.00.

The temps outside did get up to about 40 or 41 today (warmer than yesterday).

12° and still dropping! Heat pumps are useless with these temps so the woodstove in the basement has been fired up all week. We didn't use it last 2 years. Box fan in the hole cut in the cold air return duct to move the heat up, screen door at bottom of stairs with fans pushing the heat up.

It snowed lightly most of yesterday. We had about a half inch. Then it started again last night. There's a few inches out there. I had no idea that was coming.

Was in the teens early this morning, still bright and sunny, yay!
Gonna be another cold walk to start but about half way through the coat and gloves come off!

Strangely warm this week, & winds up to 50mph today.

Still in the teens each morning and lots of sunshine! Never have I ever seen a January like this w/o hardly any rain and so much sun but I'll take it!

Snow melting, pond ice melting, slowly.

Measured 8 inches on the pond edge i could reach.

Sunshine gone warmer temps w/lots of rain. Might get some snow in a day or so...............or not!
