The top of the dragons laire is a planter. Door in the back is access to electric outlets and flow control. I did not have a control valve at first, the dragon was spitting water out the far side of the tank!

I found a gargoil i was going to do similar to your dragon then i found my log and was satisfied with water coming out of that instead

Six feet across, two feet deep. If I fill it an inch from the rim it holds a touch over 400 gallons.

Thanks!! Tonight I started making benches to go around my table/tank. Cutting up and using the pallets Lowes brought all of the pavers and sand I am using for this project.
