I usually go with a purpose in mind due to lack of time (many times still come up empty). I will just explore too. More so when I go on just photography trips then I do a lot of exploring to find species in different areas.

I'm dying of envy over here!
I can barely stand to hike on a path, I really wish I wasn't so afraid of venturing in forests...I'm such a chicken!
