Hey thanks for the welcome  Here is the product description,
These brand new and innovative terrace ponds from Blagdon contain everything you need to easily set up and maintain a feature pond in your garden. Ideal for patios, decks, garden or conservatories, the Affinity Feature Pools do not require any prior knowledge, are easy to install and maintain and do not need any digging. The pools are safer for children due to being raised, and the window feature makes the pools accessible and interesting for all the family.
The Blagdon Affinity Feature Pool is available in two sizes; the Octagon and the Half Moon. Both sizes include:

Fibre reinforced liner for long lasting quick build
PE Rattan panels that simply screw together
Shatter proof PVC windows
Two planting baskets
Waterfall (comes with Half Moon, available as option for Octagon)
Step by step set up and ‘how to’ guide
Window cleaning pads
The Octagon is 1m width by 0.6m height by 1m depth
The Half Moon is 1m width by 0.6m height by 0.72m depth
Both Affinity Feature Pools comes with the Blagdon Life Support System, an efficient pump and filtration package. This includes:

Low voltage pump and filter
3 attractive fountain features
Automatic night time feature with pivoting LED spot light
Mechanical and biological filter media
Replaceable polymer wool cartridge
½” feature/waterfall fitting
Adjustable fountain extensions and flow control adjustor
Green water treatment
Tap water conditioner with filter start
Optional UVC upgrade available
The Blagdon Affinity Feature Pools are low maintenance as they have double the filter media and surface area of other all in one filters.

I am planning to keep some Koi and Goldies.

This is what they look like,

I live in Scotland, so the the max in my area that i know of it dropping to is -17 Celsius, but that is an extreme.

To us around 3ft x 3ft x 1.5 ft, not very big, I would not keep anything but gold fish in it. Also It might not be able to handle the winter there. -17c is around 1 degrees F. It would probably freeze without a heater running.

You could bring your fish in for the winter and drain the pond.
