Thank you but it took 11 years of my hard sweat .3+ acres and not one single tree on the property and no grass because developer cleared property before I bought the 3 lots .Thank You for your compliments they are good to hear that others enjoy my handy work

Your place is beautiful, you do work your tushy off. I always, against common advice, upgrade my house, more than I should, but what the heck it is for me. I dread the day I am no longer able to live here, what will happen to my critter friends, the wildlife corner of peace I have made for them.

I feel the same addy I dread the day I will have to leave here and leave all my hard loving work behind .I saw how the new owners in my house in NJ left all the landscaping go .Weeds in all my lovely gardens and they do not even maintain the house .I watched 6 bunnies this morning playing tag in my yard .2 deer were out with there babies eating blackberries .I know I have over improved the house and will not get it back ,but who cares ,like you said enjoy the piece of heaven we have made for ourselves

Maybe that's why consumer debt is at highest levels, the youngens rather max the credit cards for their fun things then think about the future and investments, sad state.
