Can anyone identify this disease/illness and best treatment.

I hope someone can help me, some of the fish in my pond appear to have Goldfish Pond Fungus but may be something else. I have caught these three out as they looked to be the only ill ones atm. What treatment is best and how much will I need as my pond is 4,750 gallons.

I'm not sure about the orange goldfish. The red and white I don't see anything wrong. Maybe because I'm viewing on my phone. Good news is I can see the calico colored goldfish and it looks to me those white bumps are breeding tubercles aka breeding stars. Looks like you have a male goldfish.
