Out here in the west, we never see cardinals. That's sure an attractive bird. The yellow rumped warblers come in during spring and fall migrations, so we see them quite often. My wife and I feel really lucky to live in one of the best birding areas in the west! Over 350 different species have been spotted around Klamath Lake and I've photographed roughly 50 in our yard! I'm also amazed that none of our fish have been taken by the eagles, egrets, herons and kingfishers that we see so often.

Keep the great photos coming!

We have lots of cardinals, they stay the winter here. And the summer well I guess that means year round.
