I’d like to use cinder blocks in my 35,000 gallon pond but I heard it leaches unless sealed. Can I seal them with vinagre? Or any suggestions? I have about 20 koi and pond is well established.

How many blocks, and what do you plan for them? I would think that 35k gallons would dilute any calcium that may leach from a few blocks.

Not a clue what vinagre is . after building your block walls you can apply fiberglass probably the best option. plaster like a pool. Epdm rubber. Welded pvc, And there's water proofing paints last of my choices.

I don't believe you can use cinder blocks alone they won't hold water.

Using them to lift plants. It’s a converted underground swimming pool and I wanted to distribute some planted bog plants but need to prop up the planters.

@Peggy’s pond
I believe she meant vinegar. I have no clue what that does to blocks.
I've used the red bricks before and also some of the grey concrete ones w/no issues.
