I bought mine (the bases) online several years ago for about $10 each. You need air, a 2 liter soda bottle with the bottom cut out, rock salt to make the water and eggs (also bought online). I bought a lb, two years ago and used the last of it today.

In all, the 2 hatcheries, eggs, shipping and handling, about $70.00 and I waited 2 weeks for it.

My Koi have had this diet now for 6 weeks, it is time for flake food.:)

the frozen brine shrimp are full grown usually... too big to fit in new fry mouths. but at 2&1/2 - 3 weeks the fry should be big enough to feed the frozen, freeze dried is my preference. but live fresh hatched is best to start. 24 - 30 hours is good hatch time depending on eggs, water temp etc... check this thread...watch videos
