I would let them snack, if they just snacked. The gbh that came a few years back came every day (before the net) Stabbing for fish, luckily my liner was tough enough to handle those stabs.
They don't stop, once they find a good source of food, they visit constantly, at least here they do. And it does not help we are in their flight path. One even landed in January, snow on the ground.
That's another nightmare scenario... I didn't even consider what they could do to a liner. I feel bad for those who lose koi. I just have some goldfish to worry about, but even those little fish would be a big loss to me. This is their 4th season with me.

Nope think he got discouraged. Yeah! But we are on alert until a lot of time passes.
