Great idea but do you realize how big koi really get .Mine are over 2 feet long and need lots of oxygen to keep them healthy

Do you have the panels in series for 24 volts? I'm guessing there's a single 12 volt deep cycle battery and thus you have the panels in parallel and are running the pumps at 12 volts instead?

Do all 3 pumps run simultaneously 24/7, and does the battery have enough to it to run all night long? Or does the controller shut it off for a certain number of hours each night, or after cloudy days, until the panels start charging the system again?

Have you found any other 12 volt DC devices to run add on? Like lighting or other backyard gizmos?

Would you mind attaching some more pictures? I wouldn't mind seeing the panel mount setup, and what the wiring looks like in and out of the controller setup.

What if you get extreme overcast for days? Is there a way to connect the solar box to the mains?

I know is overstock now. But I am planning to expend more with the Aquaponics system to remove the "shit" from the water. LOL

i love ur idea of pots in aquaponic sys , do tell us how u plan to remove waste using this system
