It's rather sad to have to take things to this level but if you don't you will get trodden upon til you are nothing but dust in the wind. I emphasize that I do not ever want to be a landlord again after this house sells if the market ever improves. It is too nerve wracking :fish:

"Pacific Heights" cured me of any desire to be a landlord.

I had no desire to do so either but I inherited two homes. One we rented to our daughter and then sold it after a few yrs but this one we still have and until the market improves we are stuck in the muck :bouncycig:

Seven..............yikes, I would be crazy w/ that many! Glad to hear you have good renters in them tho as that is a big help. We have a rental lady who manages ours and she screens them, does background, credit checks and we still end up w/ losers :bouncycig:
I would love to have some decent ones for once that stay for a long time :fechten2:

We do the management, screen the renters, most turn out good, some not so good. lol
