Pin head sized fast moving black creature found in a pond, what are they? Can I breed them and feed them to my fish?

Welcome to the forum. Whirligig beetles come to mind, very fast, probably bigger than pinhead though.

Depending on how fast, perhaps daphnia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daphnia They would make good food if cultured.
