You would need to know the pump specifications (data chart of pressure / flow rate vs feet of head pressure or head loss) from the manufacturer to obtain the most correct answers here. They typically provide a chart that you can extrapolate a lot of useful information from based upon their recommended use for the pump. This would be necessary if you wanted to be accurate as the pressure is going to change because the pump is going to have a different and new head pressure to deal with so it changes other entries to the formulas as you change the pipe diameter
However, you can wing it and get a rough idea of what the differences are going to be between various pipe sizes. You can experiment with the formula below for one:
Q = (π * r4 * P) / 8Ln
Q = flow rate
π = 3.1416
r4 = radius of the pipe to the forth power
P = pressure
L = length of the pipe
n = viscosity of water (just treat this as 1.0 cP or 1.0 centiPoise @ 20° - 25°C)
