I'm just happy I don't have that problem addy1....This guy was alone and only stayed while two frogs were laying eggs...must be a delicacy for him...When the frogs left (or were eaten) he left and I haven't seen him since....

Thanks Addy1..but I went out last night with a flashlight to see if there were any frogs left and I spooked it (and myself) when I stepped on a rock he was resting on. Glad to know that it is not a cottonmouth! I didn't see any frogs:(

A ponder local to me posted on a neighborhood FB page that she had a snake infestation around her pond, looking for tips to get them to move along. Everyone suggested “remove all the rocks”.

They do sale stuff to deter snakes, I read fox urine, lemon grass plants. Remove all rocks and vegetation . The only thing that worked for me was minnow traps. Catch relocate.
