Then you can pop down to see us Maggie we would really like that but I would suggest comming over in the summer as Dartmoor can change weather wise just like that .
I used to help take young Navy recruits up there and put them through their two days of torture

I was is in England many moons ago, for a week long meeting, then rented a car and toured for a week plus, bed and breakfast stays. Had a great time.

This reminds me of Emerald Isle NC where I used to live because I would sometimes take my SeaDoo to Ocracoke to ride around the banks and see the population of wild mustangs that live there.

Waipio Valley in Hawaii is also a wonderful place to visit and see the wild horses.

We camped as kids on Ocracoke and Cape Hatterus, for 4-6 weeks at a time. We started going when I was around 10, just loved it. Pop up trailer, screen room car overloaded with kids and stuff driving down. Living on the beach. Not as many people as there are now.
