I have a small garden pond (7ft x 4 ft) and a pump fed Hozelock Ecocel box filtration system.
All was working fine until I cleaned the pond out for spring.
I put everything back as it was and now the box just fills and fills to overflowing!
I have replaced hoses and there are definitely no blockages and the box is at the right height.
My local pond shop have no idea what it could be?
Any help/ ideas what it might be much appreciated!

Welcome to our forum!

there are some on here that use that type of filter, hope they chime in. I am going to change the title of your thread so it is obvious what filter you are talking about.

@Puffin100 welcome to the GPF! Like @addy1 said, someone here will know the answer!

Let me just ask two questions that popped into my head -
1. when you cleaned the pond, did you also clean the filter media?
2. did you change the pump size or speed?

Maybe silly questions, but it will eliminate the obvious!

Hello and welcome! Like @Lisak1 asked, those are 2 reasons for the problem. You say it is at correct height, is it in the same place it was before? The other reason these filters leak is a problem with the lid. Did you clean the gasket around the lid? Is the gasket missing or damaged?
