We just returned from a trip up to Wisconsin. On the way through, we took a detour to St. Charles, Illinois - to see the Aquascape headquarters. I found it super fun! It isn't huge or anything, but considering it is a warehouse and main office, it is quite a gorgeous facility. I wish I worked there!!!!!! It was really neat to walk around the huge outdoor pond and walk through the grotto behind the big waterfall. I got to see the big, long lily pond out front and enjoyed the indoor koi tank/educational exhibit. The staff people were fun and friendly! Sadly, I didn't get to see any of the Youtube celebrities I so admire. But I did get an Ed the Pond Professor tee shirt!

What fun! It's a gorgeous facility & yes, the people are all so fun and friendly! Too bad you didn't get to meet any of the "famous" ones. I miss that group! Brian Helfrich designed & built our first pond back when we lived in the Chicago suburbs.

Oh wow! How cool is that! One of those places I'd love to see if I ever get back to the U.S.. What with the current travel chaos, not to mention the cost, I doubt that will ever happen. But still... Post more pics!!!

My recent trip to Wisconsin included a detour to Aquascape headquarters in St. Charles, Illinois. The warehouse and office were surprisingly beautiful, featuring a large outdoor pond, a captivating grotto, and an educational koi exhibit.

Despite missing YouTube celebrities, the friendly staff made it an enjoyable experience. I even snagged an Ed the Pond Professor tee shirt, making it a memorable visit!

I'll be there in 4 weeks myself ! Greg talked me into coming to an academy class "Which wasn't too hard" After his praises when he visited my pond and seeing some of the pond builders around me I have nothing to loose. I would love to build ponds for a living at 30 years of age but at 60 i have reservations about it. How ever i am really good at pointing and directing others in construction, i have done that all my life.
So sorry to say i'll save looking at your photos when i get back.

Kind of weird, that post yesterday was like an AI generated version of @bagsmom original post here. Read hers and then that one from yesterday.

I'm not taking brains class , not yet anyways. I registered for the business class. Not to sound high on myself, i found building quite easy to figure out. A couple tricky spots in a build but I've built far more challenging projects than a koi pond. I signed up for the business aspect with all three Greg ,Ed, and Brian.
