Insulation Question

I am unable to cut the concrete. I don't own the property.

may you may need to be even more careful because if the concrete gets discolored the owners of the property may not be happy .I know my sister is still getting stains out of her concrete from it and it has been 3 years now .We got most of the black up but there are still stains .I told her she may not want to put it there but she wanted it next to the deck

Its painted concrete, I will be re painting it when we leave.
