My sprinkler system runs off irrigation water. 2 of the heads spray this water into my pond as I'm watering the lawn. Can this cause issues with water quality or harm the fish?

Shouldn't create any water quality issues. Any run-off getting into the pond resulting from this irrigation could, however, cause issues.

What do you mean by "irrigation water"?

Do you use fertilizer or other chemicals on your lawn? As long as the fine border slopes away and you have a pond liner, you should be ok. If there is any run-off whatsoever, fix it ASAP.
