Winter was very long and cold this year in Wyoming and for the first time in 12 years my pond froze solid and killed all of my beloved fish, my question is will my 12 year old water lily survive after being frozen?
Love WYOMING but not what it did to your pond. So sad. Not sure about the water lily but they do survive in some of the most brutal winters. My guess it will depend on the variety you have. I hope it survives.

So very sorry you lost your fish. Does not sound good for the lily but only time will tell. How deep is your pond? Might want to invest in a cattle trough heater if you are gonna try again w/the fish.
Raise the lily to a shallow warm sunny area of the pond, that will get it going better. I have some tubers in shallow ponds, one only around a foot deep, in the stream, that lily always comes back. I know that pond freezes.
Sorry about your fish. Lilly might be ok if pot did not freeze solid. Try raising pot like Addy says and see if anything grows. Also feel the rizome in pot and if it is mushy it's toast but if it is hard then it should be ok.
The climate crisis is real and frightening. I lost fish because in December my pond temp rose and I’m in New Jersey. I thought wintering was done. No more! We are all in unknown territory...cold or heat that we don’t plan for. We must monitor water temp. I’m so sorry for your loss. No one can stop freezing. I’m so sorry for you and your fish. My heart goes out to you.
