Stunning! I particularly like the Anteater one, it must have been great seeing all these amazing creatures in the wild.

I love the Bare Throated Tiger Heron.....even though we ponders aren't fond of herons in general....or rather their preferred diet !

Do you travel and take photos for your job @RobAmy ? Or is this a hobby?
@Lisak1 Sorry for the late reply. I had a funeral to go to. We do not travel for photography as our job but that could be fun. I own a masonry contractor business. We sell a few of our stuff but nothing that could support us.

@brokensword We did see one other pauraque and a potoo another cool bird. I found it while hiking on a dirt road. I actually walked to close to it because I did not see it and it made it fly. Once it flew I seen a egg on the ground. I knew it would go back to the egg so we went back the next day to get a picture. Until the egg hatches it will be there everyday. Same thing with the potoo, once you find it, it will be there for days. The trick is finding them which is tough. There camouflage is awesome.

You are a man of many talents! Your photos are absolutely stunning. Do you do a lot of post-editing, or are those pretty much straight out of the camera?

I hope your not like my self when you go away somewhere and you end up spending the next couple weeks sifting through 10,000 photos but seeing it was costa rica and the numerous targets to shoot , And you have an ant eater and a great shot of one to boot. Well Done

@Lisak1 Thank you, All my pictures have some sort of post processing. I use lightroom and Photoshop. Most are just slight color corrections, some noise cleanup and cropping. Most DSLR cameras will always benefit from some processing work.
