Tim I do love that photo of that pond! Really is easier to just dig and put in a liner instead of that other way w/ all the wood and rebar isn't it? Now we get to sit back and watch you slave away!

Tim are you going to have a hard time with a pond that you have to dig a hole for, I thought you said that drainage was an issue in your yard? Will you be above your water table if you dig down 36"? Things to consider.

My yard was sinking because of a ton of trees I cut down after Katrina. The yard drains fine now that I cut 2 drainage ditches and added 15 yards of river sand
