Like how you used the landscape timbers but you will need to watch them for rot .I had a few that in wet conditions rot and also get slippery when wet .I changed them out for salt treated wood ,more expensive but there is only plastic wood besides and not sure how that would stand up either .We get a lot of termites here from all the logging they do so things just never hold up .

You don't need tons of money to build a pond .I was on a budget also and stayed with it .

Very nice job on building your first pond! Neat idea building the gazebo over it for shade too. Imagine it can get quite hot down there in Az. Too bad some of it doesn't float up our way :razz:

New Updated Pictures. The pond is done. Ha well done for the moment. Still want to run a mister system and plant more plants. Who knows I may even build a bog behind, I am loving the water plants (origionally I was against plants, I was so wrong). Let me know what you think.
