Hi, I am from South Australia. I have been looking around for a forum to gain knowledge and talk to like-minded individuals. I have constructed a wildlife pond and I'm in the process of learning as I go along. I look forward to some interesting discussion with you all.

The pond is stocked with Murray river rainbow fish. Birds: Pacific Black Duck, Maned Goose, Swifts, Kookaburra ( He is a Kingfisher), Magpie, Galahs (Roseate Cockatoo to you guys), Yellow Tailed Black Cockatoo, Rosellas (Eastern and Adelaide), Corellas, Rainbow, Musk and Little Lorikeets. other smaller birds. We also have a pair of Wedgetail Eagles in our area. Reptiles are assorted skinks and Eastern Brown Snake(dangerous customer this one). Frogs: Pobblebonk and Spotted Marsh Frog We have Koalas, they will come down to the water on really hot days. Foresters (Eastern Grey Kangaroo) and Echidna's. We also have European Red Fox and Brown Hare, Rabbits and Fallow Deer. I'm planning to setup a game camera for the nocturnal visitors.

Wow you have lots and hope when you get that camera set up we might be able to take a peek now and then to see all those critters...............that would be very cool

No mate. Koi are illegal considered noxious fish.
