The worst has to be Canada Geese (no offense Canadians), but the amount of they put out is tremendous. I have seen small ponds and those drainage ditches you see at large office building complexes look like polluted cesspools. Our local School District has fake predators on the playing fields and a sound system that blurts out predator noises and goose distress noises just trying to keep them off the fields.

A budgie is actually a kind of small parrot. Very common in the pet trade.
