good idea koiguy .... it can be difficult to find all the past posts ... and some nicer ways of detering is also a good idea ...in the uk we dont have guns !!

you do if you happen to be a gamekeeper, such as myself! but its not really a good idea to open fire on the neighbours cat.

this is a good idea though, a predator forum. i've heard stories of peoples pond populations being decimated by otters, and the like, so prevention ect would be good subjects. the worst predator i've had lately is a person!

i've always thought a good way to keep cats from stealling fish is to have the water level quite a bit below the top line of the pond.
