My wife captured a whole series of wonderful pictures of a red-tailed hawk perusing our backyard. Here are the best ones for all to enjoy.

All large fish are still accounted for.

Wonderful, I enjoyed that beautiful bird in all the photos! Hawks are one of my favorite birds. Love how they soar and stare w/those strong glaring eyes. They are like watching a jet dive bombing when they spot their prey. Precision instruments, they are!

Beautiful pictures ! We have lots of Red Tailed Hawks in our neighborhood and I have to be vigilant about my 6 lb poodle, as I've seen them kill bunnies :(

Beautiful pictures! I have only seen on red tail here, we have mainly the smaller coopers

Beautiful photos the red tails here are much darker. Mostly brown there is a very famous Red Tail in NYC, his name is pale male because he is much lighter then others.
