SMARTPOND products from LOWES

I had one and it has an over ride in it .When water goes low it shuts it's self off and you have to reset it .I did not know that ,but it is also hard to reset .I gave it to my neighbor and he reset it and she uses it in her pond now .It has to be 3 or 4 years old by now .She also has my harbor freight pump

Update 1/22/19:
My Smartpond 2000 GPS pump locked up permanently today. Lasted about 1.5 years.
The filter I could never get parts for. The Jabao pads look the same, but are slightly smaller, so they dont filter well.
I bought another whole pump for parts since parts are just not available.
All in all I am very disappointed

lowes is great at returns .

Unbelievable
Fast forward several months...
The pump took a dump as expected.
Smartpond will NOT ANSWER the phone!!
(Got some free time? Give it a try..)
They also NEVER answer Emails.
I went to Lowes with the pump and my receipt. Told them of the warranty. But that I can NOT get in contact with Smart pond.
They gave me a store credit and I used it to get another pump.
