Some strange weather this winter

I had none .Even pears did not produce anything

How and when do you prune your pear tree?
Mine grows wavy branches in all possible directions, we watched several youtube videos on how to prune, and finally it produced 3 pears, but we still have no clue

I prune after the fruit is done and I spray it with fruit blossom spray when it flowers .In the spring I do prune out some of the ingrowing branch's if there are to many .I always try to prune it the most late fall if it bares fruit in the summer and if it is my winter pear it gets pruned before spring start up .But the last spring I sprayed the blossoms and that night we got a heavy frost .The blossom spray is for all fruit tress and i get it at tractor supply or southern states .I also use fertilizer spikes in the ground on my fruit trees.The spikes get put in the ground outside the spread of the tree branch's
