Wow they do need warm water. Too bad they are an annual, I have that water temp for a bit during the summer but definitely not year round.
I do want a night bloomer and love how the flower changes color every evening.

In other news While I was perusing sucky things, aka vacuums, my daughter called. She's at my favorite resort back home getting ready for her spa day.
So now I'm all "man I'm having a crap day".
Turns out, not by this gal's standards.
So thanks "I've fallen off the road and I can't get up gal". You get the "sh!&&y day" baton.

Oh no, are all night bloomers tropical? I haven't looked yet, I just assumed they were hardy as well.
I thought about getting a tropical but we do get cold down here and I haven't really done any research into how cold they can stand.

Dutch, LOL that made me giggle. Don't feel bad, I don't know anything about them either. I am learning as I go. I didn't know there was a tropical and hardy lily difference so we are even.
My lilies tend to start to open right after I leave for work and close right before I get home so I thought a night bloomer would be nice so I could see some of the flowers during the week.
The tropical versus hardy is what temperate climate it will survive in. :)
