Thermostatic Heater

I've been trying to obtain a thermostatic heater to be installed in a customer's filter box, an OASE BioSmart 36000.
Can anyone help with suggestions, ideally 0c - 15c, 200w.

Why do you want it in the filter box .It is better to turn off the filter and put a heater in the pond .A heater in a filter may cause more problems then you want .Filters are useless in the winter any ways
