Those heron decoys are expensive

From what I've heard of these heron Decoys they are about as much use as the Flamingo's and as such they are a waste of money :cool:

I have read you need to move them constantly, the heron will see it and know it has not moved. Try the floating gator head, mine worked fine until it got trapped in the lilies and did not float around. The heron fished from that end, stayed away from the gator head in the deep end.
I tied them off to a rock with a piece of fishing line so it moved with the wind.

I watched the heron stare at the head, it would not go near it, the moving one
