Weedkiller advice

Any tips on the best weed killer for this? I’m in Brisbane, Australia….

I'm going to conclude that i have to rip it out by hand, I've bought some kind of slashing tool

Unfortunately pulling by hand would be the route to go. Weedkiller could possibly kill all the other plants you have in there and you did not mention if you have fish in the pond. Once pulled then you have to figure out how to stop it from coming back. Sorry

Looks like a type of Anacharis which my fish love to eat! I can't keep it in my pond as they devour it!
