I've given up checking. We have 3 temperatures *&^&*%^*& Hot, Unbearably hot, freezing.

Bummer no perfects! We do have some of those.............

I may have overstated. I think we get maybe 3 days of fall and 2 days of spring which are perfect...

Record breaking heat coming here................98 today so they say and tomorrow

well think I found the perfect spot to move too .Don't like double wides but there is enough land to put a modular home and the house is small for my tastes .Taxes 655 dollars a year .Robert could live in that house .Not sure of what it is like to get to it either but realtor thought of me.House is about 1800 sq. ft.

My cousin is thinking of buying my house and she loves the pond .Her and her hubby are retiring next year .Of course aggie and bert and olive oil and popeye will come with me if I decide to move .That house will depend on time to get there and time to go shopping .Sandy's hubby is a big race fan and loves the Martinsville speedway

I called my agent but he said realtor told him land is rolling and slopped and all offers considered for it .Did any one see they put Wexford up for sale in VA it was the home John and Jackie Kennedy built .Can't ever afford it but gosh it is fantastic

yep can only go up from there .But if it is a trek to get to it it is not worth it .The other house near Bedford lake they wanted 39,900 and got it for 27 thousand for almost 12 acres
