True addy the second video shows the drone they shot the video with .I would worry a little about the land eroding away and pond and house sliding down it .But that pond is something and yep the house is pretty great also

They are predicting 63 here today... and 73 tomorrow!!

Unfortunately it will be back in the 40s the rest of the week, but hey, it's not snowing and it's way above freezing. I'll take it.

supposed to be close to 80 degrees tomorrow and tuesday and hoping guy can deliver my gravel .I just wish the wind would stop .I got my aerator hooked up but repotting the pond plants was not working out good ,kitty littler and crushed oyster shells kept blowing in my face .Still have to rebuild railings on bedroom deck but not going to try to carry 20 ft long boards with this wind .Oh well tomorrow is another day .:)

All is wet here and has been all day long. If it's heading your way Colleen, well some is not cuz it's supposed to sit right over us for many moons.

A warm 65 today. But like Sissy, the wind was ridiculous today. If you raked leaves in the right area (down wind from the pond) they blew to the next county. :)
Did a water change today. Maybe 30%. Started my filter, without the filter material. :( gotta get it rinsed and cleaned. Water temp was 52 I needed to get it moving.
We had a warm week but will be getting cooler this week. Highs upper 40s. More normal temps for this year. If I leave my falls running I'm sure it will chill the water quite a bit.
Wondering if I'm starting it too soon.

Finally wind has calmed down and it of course does it at night .I hope it does not start up by morning again .I really need to get caught up again.I was ahead but now if the gravel comes tomorrow I will have to start spreading that around the foundation of the house .

If u ask me, your starting the pumps late! I never shut mine off aND don't worry about cold, fish are fine in cold water, it's the dirty foul water that hurts them!

65 yesterday and supposed to be up to 70 today. The wind has died down so today will pump out the bog and clean out the lily section so I can get that pump up and running. Pond temps were 51 and 56 yesterday, YAH! No more problems with the fish. Keeping my fingers crossed. It will be a long day of cleaning out the 25'x25' garden and getting some peas planted.
