Almost finished the parents house

Here is an update for those who are interested. The house is close to done. My kitchen project is done on my end anyway. The flooring in the kitchen has to be done over as the installers made a mistake, once that is done then the appliances will be installed. The carpet is all done. There is still a punch list but the big stuff is done. Here are a few pics

@MoonShadows You are correct, it does have a full basement also. Speaking with the building official I believe they are going to change the classification from a mobile home to a residential with all the upgrades etc.

I love the corrugated metal above the cabinets and the black paint really makes them stand out more .A little black always looks good
