Just received the Barlus yesterday. Looking forward to seeing fun pics of koi moving around. Trying to figure out how to hook it up, and add a wifi extender that operates in cold weather (down to at least -20F) as want to see the fish in the winter. Seems that most wifi extender specs stop operating at 32F (not sure how true). i did purchase a TP Link Omanda access device (for outdoors), but looks like i now need to buy another modem to make it work. More complicated (and expensive) than wanted. Pond is about 30' from the house so too far for a direct connect. Welcome to suggestions to make work like wanted. Seems to be more complicated than presented. Thanks for your time and guidance.

I have zero advice about hooking the thing up - that fell to my son who understands those things. But I do know we are directly wired from the camera to the modem. And it's at least 30 feet or more of ethernet cable.

You are asking the unanswerable. Or rather I will answer like this... 37 years ago I gave birth to a really really really smart boy. He grew up to be a really smart man. He set it up for me.
I definately did give birth at any year gone past nor was I smart enough to get the software to work customer ser ice SUCKS bit I am STUBORN AND GOT THEM TO GET IT TO WORK HOW EVER they had to remote in add some Chinese text and folders I got pictire of fish. Something smell fishy to you too?
But that pc only had photos on it tied in with nothing once they were done. No unternet.
