Actually - I've just logged in to the server and made some more drastic changes which may help instead! Does that work for you now?

Sorry to dig up this year old thread, but I thought it'd be better to restart a old thread than to create a new one that outlines the same problem. I have 2 pictures which aren't uploading. They are 5.05 MB and 4.10 MB in size, which is well within the 10MB max individual file sizes. The second one is especially weird because I've managed to upload a picture which is 4.80 MB or something. I seem to be able to upload pictures less than 5MB, apart from that one particular picture. :/

Sorry you've been having problem - I think it could still be related to the image size, as sometimes the server needs extra space when handling the upload. You could try resizing it a little bit (if you can't do it on your PC, there's a tool to do it online here: http://www.picresize.com/).

We're going to be upgrading the site and gallery very soon, I've just been waiting on a the gallery component of the new software we're moving over to. It's currently in "beta" testing, so I can't imagine it's going to be long away. I thought we'd have been making the jump months ago!
