I don't remember who it was but someone posted here once that they use wire hanging baskets to flip over and cover their pots so that their koi can't get to the pot to dig around in. Maybe you should try that if you still haven't been able to deter them.

well the water is starting to get clearer but now the frogs have laid there eggs.Go figure

pond is finally coming around.Its kinda clear where I can see the fish but its a tea color
