thank you very much for the advice on yogurt. I am eating a plain one right now but never thought about adding Honey. YUM!!!

We put honey and berriers on our yogurt, or peaches, or nectarines. At the farmers market we sell honey at there are a lot of orchard peeps and their products are wonderful. We swap honey for fruits.

I used it to treat a small skin biopsy, sure healed it up fast! It truly does help with wounds. But when you raise bees you don't put honey on a wound and go outside!
