Can anyone tell me what might be the easiest water lillie to grow and keep?
This would be for a small pond. Does there need to be a certain depth of water?
Are they all flowering or can you buy just a plain green leaf one?

All hardy waterlilies I've had all seem to be easy to grow. They just need a decent size pot and fertilizer tablets. The pots I use are anywhere from 1.5 to 3.7 gallons. When it comes to depth, most say 2'-3' is best, but I actually have a really healthy one growing at about a 5 inch depth. Its even been sending up more buds than the rest. All waterlilies flower, but if you don't like the flower you can just cut off the bud
